Another video from ABC Family's Harry Potter weekend has made its way online. This one, called "On the Run," focuses on the scenes when Harry, Ron, and Hermione are on their own and looking for the Horcruxes. In the video some of the cast and crew speak about these scenes. You can watch the video in our Video Galleries or below.
It does look great! Cannot wait for it! I just wonder how Harry will find Horcruxes. He & Dumbledore never had the discussion as to what they could be, and Harry didn’t see the Diadem in the RoR in 6th movie…
Well, what is there? The cup, Nagini, the diadem, and Harry himself. I’m betting someone will let slip about the cup and/or diadem (probably Bellatrix). Nagini is pretty obvious, and the Harry one will probably just be by Dumbledore telling Harry about it in King’s Cross.
jonk69, you forgot about the locket, and why would he find out about himself in King’s Cross, he ends up there because he finds out about it in Snape"s memory. Don’t worry, I forgive you for your brief forgetfulness of the key points of the whole book, but no big deal.
Do have to keep reminding myself that the movies are “based on the book” and try to go with that. Being a pruest would not care if the movies were longer but of course that is out of the question. (Deep Sigh)
Yak, yak, yak. It’s going to be great no matter what they put in or take out. The films are only BASED ON THEBOOKS. If you want a verbatim script, write and film the damn thing yourself!!!
Ah, jeannemc ! You have to forgive the crowd that go to the films with the book in their laps ! Just smile ! We know what an adaptation means…
Besides, I cannot see that too awfully much has been changed here, I LIKE the run from the Snatchers ! Much more dramatic and there are pacing issues to consider. Just listening to the Trio sit and chat would get terribly boring for the average movie-goer.
This film is going to be fast-paced and I can tell already they have paid strict and careful attention to continuity.
"Orange, Longbottom," said Snape, ladling some up and allowing it to splash back into the cauldron, so that everyone could see. "Orange. Tell me, boy, does anything penetrate that thick skull of yours?"
What is happening at 0:58 i think its Harry who is been carried to castle
