The health and safety of our attendees, guests, exhibitors, staff, and other members of our community is incredibly important to us. We know the last few years have been difficult for many people, and we take the wellbeing of our community very seriously.
We are continuing to monitor the latest data and public health advice, including that of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and assessing our policies in line with these recommendations and the risk comfort level of our team and the broader community. We are coordinating closely with our venue partner to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken.
As the situation continues to evolve, we strongly urge everyone to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the CDC and other public health officials. If you are able to be vaccinated, we strongly encourage you to do so as soon as possible. We also encourage you to continue following enhanced risk reduction guidelines, including masking, social distancing, and diligent personal hygiene.

In accordance with current guidelines for the BroadwayCon performance venues, all those in attendance at BroadwayCon 2022 including, but not limited to, ticketed attendees, special guests, presenters, vendors, press, and staff, who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccination will be required to be fully vaccinated by July 8, 2022 and to show proof of vaccination with a vaccine approved by the FDA or WHO (including emergency use authorization) to attend BroadwayCon in person. This includes children between the ages of 5 and 11 years. Fully vaccinated is defined as at least 14 days after receiving the final vaccine in a one- or two-shot protocol. Attendees will be required to wear masks required to wear masks inside all BroadwayCon venue spaces.
In accordance with current guidelines for the BroadwayCon performance venues, any unvaccinated person, including children under the age of 5, is disallowed from attending BroadwayCon 2022.

All those appearing as part of a panel or performance at BroadwayCon 2022, including, but not limited to, panelists, performers, presenter, moderators, and musicians, will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test in addition to our vaccination requirement.
