The Order of the Phoenix is a secret society that was founded by Albus Dumbledore during Voldemorts first rise to power. The Order reforms and begins recruiting new members after Voldemort rises again in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Number 12 Grimmauld Place is used as the headquarters for the Order of the Phoenix. [1]
