I woke up to a horrendous cramp in the back of my knee at the very top of the calf. It was so bad that I had to wake my DS to massage it so I could straighten my leg. It still feels like I have a “charlie-horse” and will continue to be sore for the rest of today. ;)

I had a bit of salt (about as much as in those little single-serve packets) and a lot of water and it eased up quite a bit. Then I took a couple of aspirin and the residual soreness is mostly gone. ;)

Tip: If you are prone to leg cramps while sleeping, keep the salt shaker beside the bed. About a quarter teaspoon of salt (just lick it from your hand) will usually help ease the severity, sometimes to the point that you can roll over and go back to sleep without getting all the way out of bed. It really does work. ;)

Of course do not use the salt if you are on a salt restricted diet for medical reasons. ;)

Huff, I was beginning to wonder that myself. Of course the Leaky staff may be waiting for us to fully come here before offering a new poll. ;)

The top numbers don’t work for me, no matter which computer I’m on. No matter which number I click up there, it only takes me to the next page from the one I’m on. Assuming I am not on the last page, of course. ;)

Another busy day! Renewals of licenses that I now issue started August first. Five months before the current licenses expire seems a bit early to me, but I did not set it up, PH did. ;)

which browsers are you using? don’t know if that makes a difference but maybe?? I use firefox and they work, when I was on the community computer I used IE and the top numbers did not work.

IE, but there are a few different versions. I tried today and the top numbers now work on my work computer. Windows 7 with (I think) IE 8 (or is it 9?). ;)
