The wife of the Prime Minister is not wearing a hat. Oh My! What is she thinking?
I’m just glad they’re safe, LH, and you, too, Korey.
That’s interesting that hardly anyone will actually get to see the ceremony. I wonder if that was part of the decision for Charles and Diana to wed at St Paul’s, that more people could see the whole thing?
I think that is when you get a consultant who knows what they are doing to tell you what to wear. If you were in a position to be invited I would imagine someone would be made available for consultation.
I’m estatic that Prince William is marrying who he wants and Kate/Catherine can sort of look at the press who called who her Waity Katie and stick her tongue out at them..not that she would do something so unladylike.

I commented to my DS about Samantha Cameron being hatless. It sees a bit odd.
I think the size was the main factor, but yes, you can see better in there too. Westminster Abbey does not feel very large since each “room” seems fairly cramped, unless you look up.
I am having to run to the WC before William and Harry show up.
I love seeing so many people lining the streets.
Korey, I agree! I’m glad I’m only watching!
I thought it odd that Samantha Cameron didn’t wear a hat, too, will that be a topic of conversation now? I think shopping for a fabulous hat would be one of my favorite parts of going to a formal British event, LOL. There was also a woman who walked in on camera, I don’t know who she was, who was wearing a rather low-cut dress. I have a feeling she didn’t read that 22-page booklet on the proper etiquette for dressing for the wedding.
Oh, here come the boys!
Here are the Princes!
Wow, the red Irish Guard uniform is stunning! He is not going to be totally overshadowed by his bride.
My husband just left for work. He told me to “do whatever girls do when watching weddings”..
They are SO MUCH better looking than their father. Charles wasn’t exactly a “cover boy” when he went to his marriage.
Cry? I think I’m just going to bawl. He looks so handsome, that uniform is stunning.
LH I was thinking the same thing.
True fairytale Princes.
I wish I had not had a sick child yesterday for many reasons but if I had not had a sick child I might have gone to the trouble to have something appropriate for breakfast.
The bells are beautiful.
I’m squeeing…and the probably gonna ending up crying at some point.

I just wish William still had as much hair as Harry. Otherwise, he is his mother in male form.
Harry does look yummy too.
and splinching…I’m splinching
The Princes look very handsome. I love the trees lining the nave.
I used to ring church bells!
They are both just so handsome. William is wringing his hands a bit, it’s so sweet. In the end, he is still a groom above all else, and a little nervous on his wedding day.
You could just see them passing through one of those obscurring “doors” as they head to the altar.
LP took a little nap and has woken up cranky. sigh
How relaxed! They are just wandering around visiting. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the groom and best man do that even at a normal person wedding.
I love that William is taking time to talk to people waiting.
Asti how fun! Although I imagine the bells are quite loud for the one doing the ringing, LOL.
A part of me is really glad this is the closest I get to the royal wedding…Could you imagine picking out a dress even as a guest??
I’d be terrified I picked something ridicoulus.
