Is Harry a descendant of Godric Gryffindor? Yes, I still think so and most probably on his mother’s side.

JKR’s pause and hesitation(?)when asked at the TLC-Mugglenet interview (ages ago) seemed not to the point. There must be an explanation for that hesitant answer. But then again, I wasn’t there.

I may not be able to get back in because of all the ‘traffic’ (though not a lot seem to be able to get in at all) so I better post while I can.

Thanks to Leaky for making this Potter journey memorable. New friends made, lively exchanges of ideas and opinions(sometimes heatedly – so much fun), and just hanging out together while waiting for a common interest.

FINALLY! I’ve been trying to get on for hours and hours. I said Filch because he’s got all those chains and things ready an waiting…

The spoilers have been busy today. So far I have resisted looking at the sites that are posting things. I don’t want to be spoiled, I want to enjoy the release party and everything, even these last two days of agonizing anxiety. But I have such little self-control and just knowing the information is out there is driving me batty. It reminds me of one Christmas when my cousins and I opened one present each before Christmas and re-wrapped them. It totally ruined the surprise, of coure, and it was really hard to pretend to be surprised Christmas morning. We vowed never to do it again. This is the last time we wil ever get to have this build up and expectation, this level of excitement and fun. They showed some guys, who were not confirmed but possibly employees of Borders and they were releasing the whole text, and al I could think was, “What a bunch of jerks.” Well, I used a different word, but you get the idea. I don’t understand the mentality behind people like that, who get off on ruining an experience like this for so many people. How do they live with themselves?

ANYWAY… hope you all had a good day. It sounds like a lot of us are staying off Leaky now until after the book, so I can’t wait to see you back in a week! I don’t know if I’ll be able to get back on or not, it has been so difficult, so I’ll just wish you all a happy release day and hope to see you soon! I’m going to attempt to finish up on the last poll, wish me luck. Bbl. Maybe.

To Flick, I’d like to know: hand them over where? Haha, I get that the ambiguity of the statement is what makes it funny, but truely, hand them over to whom or where? Just thought I’d ask. I’m interested. Uhm, I think I’d hand them over to this creepy ice cream man in my neighborhood. He has a bell and bad ice cream and is quite dirty. I think spoilers should be forced to hang with him for a day and endure his mad stare and “spoiled” ice cream sandwiches! Your ideas???

Oh, and I’ve decided to say “Voldemore” from now on. It just sounds “more” menacing and it’s the way Jo says it, soo…yeah, random personal news from me. Haha, anyone with me on this pronunciation??

Yesterday Leaky was completely down. I always got a “cannot connect” message. And when I could get in for about 10 minutes it didn’t let me vote. Oh well!

I can’t decide whether it’s better to hand them over to Filch, Umbridge or Voldemort. I hate it really when people spoil it for others only because they like to make trouble or just to be mean. So IMO they deserve punishment, even servere if necessary.

They should be handed to ol’ Voldypoo. I was gonna say Umbridge, because she tortures with a smile, but I think Voldemort can hurt you even after he kills you twitch

LemonFaerie I am still around today, if Leaky lets me. But I am off from tomorrow. As I will be on my way to London at 6:05 am!!!! I am so much looking forward to the releaseparty!!! And I am so anxious that I will like the book and the ending!

Has to be Umbridge cos since spoiling DH is facet of the Dark Arts, Voldemort wouldnt be punishing those who did spoil it. And of the others, Umbridge is the one who would be most harsh on the criminals.
