Sirius B, I have plantar fasciitis too, but in both feet. I have found that if I take my first few steps of the morning on something soft (the dog bed or a foam pillow) it really helps pull the tightness out without hurting like a hard floor does.

After 2 or 3 steps on the dog bed (it’s what I have), I can wlk almost normally to the bathroom. The more you move it the faster the early morning, or after nap, pain goes away. ;)

I am sorry about the broken bone. Are you getting enough calcium in your diet or through supplements? ;)

An offer has come up that I cannot refuse so I am going to be gone for a few days. I and a couple friends
are going on a Junket De Nevada We will be visiting Mesquite,Laughlin,LasVegas,Reno and
West Wendover. I hope to be back by the 20th. I do not gamble all that much but am really looking
forward to getting away for a few days. I will miss you all but I REALLY need to get away for a while
before winter sets in.

Does anybody here use Firefox?? I am having a problem with Vista(imagine that) crashing my internet explorer. The simplest solution I have found was to use Firefox. Any suggestions??

Korey, I find Vista crashes both my IE and Firefox so i have to restart every hour or so… hm…

Vista also will not allow me to downgrade to XP….Isn’t that WONDERFUL??

Sirius B, The towel sretch never helped me much, but I have a wooden foot massager that I roll under the foot that just feels good. It really helps if my feet hurt from my shoes or if I have a cramp in one. ;)

Vista is the newest version of Windows….I just installed SP1 and have lots of problems…..
