1 large pink or purple wool sock
1 cup of rice
Measuring cup
Fork
Liquid candle scents
Instructions
Place the rice in the measuring cup, and add the scent of your choice, stirring with the fork.
Pull the top of the sock over the cup and dump the rice into the sock.
Tie the sock right where the rice level ends.
Shake or knead the sock to make sure the scent is absorbed into the sock and the rice.
Heat the sock in the microwave for 10-40 seconds, depending on microwave and temperature preferences.
Apply the heat sock to desired body part.
