Cauldron Corn

3 bags plain (no flavour) popcorn
1 lb white chocolate
food colouring (optional)


Melt white chocolate in double boiler on the stove.

Add food colouring if desired.

While the chocolate is melting, pop three bags of popcorn.

Put popcorn in a very large bowl, being careful to separate out the unpopped kernels.

Adding one or two tablespoons of chocolate at a time, mix the popcorn.

When all the chocolate is added, separate it out on wax paper to dry.

Return to bowl and cover until served.
