This month we're celebrating a very special crafter. The Leaky Cauldron's Crafty Witches are very proud, indeed, to introduce you to our November 2010 Featured Crafter of the Month, Chuzzle!

What makes Chuzzle so special, you ask? In a world filled with little imagination, where crafting is looked at as something to occupy old people rather than as an art form, it becomes vital to draw attention to the young among us who have a focus on the artistic side of their nature. Chuzzle is just such an artist, at the ripe age of 12!

Chuzzle was nominated by her mother for her artistic abilities and her love of all things Harry Potter.

Chuzzle, along with her mother, granted the Crafty Witches a video interview about her life as a Harry Potter Crafter, and it has been uploaded to our YouTube channel. Grab a butterbeer, plop down on a comfy looking cushion, and enjoy

Here is a little peek at Chuzzle's favorite yarn dolls, taking in the scenery around Hogwarts:

Chuzzle also draws a cartoon named "Deatheater Doodles". Here is a sample of it, which you can read by clicking it to access the full-size image:

If you'd like to check out Chuzzle's other projects, you can see them via her mother's facebook page here and here.

Congratulations, Chuzzle, on being our Featured Crafter of the Month for November 2010. You are a perfect representation of the talent and imagination that Harry Potter crafters exhibit!

Please note that the patterns and tutorials you find here have been designed by Harry Potter fans all over the Internet. The authors alone hold the copyrights and licenses to these patterns and tutorials, which means youCANNOT use their patterns to make something that you will sell to others afterward. You can use them to make things for yourself. You can make some for your friends and ask them to pay for supplies. You CANNOT, however, ask them to pay you to do it as though you had created this pattern by yourself, or try to sell you crafts to a local store.

Think about it. Would you take a Prisoner of Azkaban book, photocopy it, put your name in big red letters on the front cover and try to sell it in your local library? The answer is, obviously, no. Well, selling crafts you have made but not designed would be just as bad!

Please note that posting a picture of a finished object on Leaky Lounge will be taken as permission for the photo to be included in the Harry Potter Crafts gallery. If you do NOT wish your photos to be included in this gallery, please PM a Crafty Witch at the time of posting.

Also note that the tutorials, recipes and patterns found here have not been tested and that The Leaky Cauldron's Harry Potter Crafts section is not responsible for any mistakes they may contain. If you do find something wrong in one of them, however, please e-mail us to let us know.

On that note, Harry crafting to all!
