The Boston Globe has a preview of The Witching Hour, a Harry Potter symposium set for October 6th-10th, 2005 in Salem, Massachusetts. This event is sponsored by HP Education Fanon Inc., the same group which brought us Nimbus-2003.

HP Actors in Birmingham on Sunday

Devon Murray and Matthew Lewis will be signing autographs and greeting fans in Birmingham on Sunday, June 6 for StarCity Amusement Centre's Make A Wish event. We are putting a stop on ticket sales. We're too close to 600 to feel comfortable selling any more via PayPal right now, although we're working on a way to tally what we've sold so far, and we may put a dozen or two on sale on June 1, if it turns out that we actually still have some available.

We have sold almost 500 tickets to POA IMAX NYC, and we now have a start time for the movie!
The showing will begin at 3:30 pm at the LOEWS IMAX, which is located at 1998 Broadway (Broadway & 68th Street). We'll be distributing tickets at the theater starting at 2:00 pm and people will be able to enter the theater itselfContinued...

A Car Sits in Birmingham

From May 28 to June 6 at the NEC Birmingham on stand 9 - 040, the British government will be showcasing a blue Ford Anglia - the same type of car seen in Chamber of Secrets - and kids and parents will be able to have their photo taken with the star-car.
