I Might Be a Little Impatient

I haven’t knit anything in the last two months. Why? Because I am having a baby and didn’t want to start knitting anything until I knew the gender. I’ve done the “gender-neutral” thing before, and I’m over it. I’ve also done lots of blue… 😉 I just wanted this baby to have all pink. That’s all. After a boy, a girl, and then two more boys, I was ready for pink. Unfortunately, I had no idea what I was having. Until this last week, that is!

As you can guess, we are having a girl! w00t! The very first thing I did was come home, turn on the computer, and start looking up knitting patterns! So far I have a pair of booties finished, a few burp cloths, I’ve started on a bib and I almost finished with a pair of Mary Jane booties. WOO-HOO! I think I might be a little excited.
