“He hasn’t been doing your orders, he promised my mother ’”

“Of course that is what he would tell you, Draco, but ’”

“He’s a double-agent, you stupid old man, he isn’t working for you, you just think he is!”

“We must agree to differ on that, Draco. It so happens that I trust Professor Snape ’”

“Well, you’re losing your grip, then!” sneered Malfoy.

I’ve recently come back from Terminus where I met many Snape fans, and many people who still find Severus a bad person. I ran into those people who like him because they like Mr. Rickman, and I met fans who hate people who like Snape because of their love of Mr. Rickman. I am a person who fell in love with Snape long before I knew Mr. Rickman was going to pay him, and the fact that he is one of my absolute favorite actors is just a bonus…the icing on the cake if you will.

I should say, as a Snape lover, that my favorite book is Half Blood Prince , but it isn’t, my favorite is Prisoner of Azkaban for numerous reasons, that I will go into one day. Right now I want to discuss the fact that we have to wait months to see the one movie that is all about my #1 fan.

I will admit, I was in shock when I logged on and saw a bazillion twitters from everyone and they all went like this, “OMG…OMG…OMG” I knew something was up. It looked like this and was coming in this fast.

I’m a person who HATES spoilers of any kind before books or movies so I tend to avoid the the-leaky-caudlron.org like the plague as we get closer and closer to the movies, but I ventured in and my jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe it. But…I wasn’t very upset for some reason.

My thinking on the whole thing (and I don’t know if any of this will actually happen)

#1. If the wait from November to July means the best editing and best movie possible…I shall wait

#2. If the wait means longer 3-D parts in the IMAX version…I shall wait

#3. If the wait means that WB will have more time to develop better action figures and fun buyable goodies from the movies…I shall wait

#4. It gives us longer time to speculate just what will be cut/changed and wait in nervous anticipation…I shall nervously wait

#5. I will now be able to go with my friends and family to the movies…I shall wait

So basically…I shall wait because at this time I don’t have a choice.

Just a little plug for two things.

When the announcement came, The Quibbler also was announced and sort of got lost in the shuffle…everyone put a lot of hard work into it and it deserves a look.

Also…those of you who were at Terminus…SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, go register for LeakyCon. After Wrock Wreggies on Friday Night at Terminus, LeakyCon is going to be made of AWESOME. A lot of people have put a lot of work into it!! You won’t be disappointed.
