There are two small pieces of GoF filming news today. David Tennant, who plays the role of Barty Crouch Jr in the upcoming Potter film, told a newspaper that he'd already filmed some of his work for the Goblet of Fire movie:

Edinburgh Seeks Literary World Capital Title
Jo Rowling's hometown of Edinburgh seeksto be declared the world capital of literature, a title that could draw such ceremonies as the Whitbread and the Nobel Prize for Literature. The BBC reports that many of the cities best-known writers, including Jo Rowling, are backing the campaign.

Australian company Rising Sun Pictures has signed on to create visual effects for the film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Says the Sydney Morning Herald:

PoA Soundtrack Wins Award
The Public Choice Award at the World Soundtrack Awards went to John Williams for the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban soundtrack. The awards were a part of the 31st Flanders International Film Festival in Bijloke, Ghent.

A Time Turner for Charity
