Cinescape reports rumor about Book Six

Cinescape is reporting a rumor claiming that the publication of the untitled Book Six is slated to begin no later than September 8, 2004. We repeat - this is just an unsubstantiated rumor - but one we'd all love to see come true. We'll be checking and seeing if we can learn anything verifiable.

Fandango has put some tickets on sale for PoA already - not in Manhattan, Miami or Minneapolis - but other cities, including Jersey City and Beltsville, Maryland, already allow purchases for June fourth (including midnight showings!) and beyond. Update on POA IMAX NYC

A quick update on the June 5 showing of POA at the LOEWS IMAX in the Lincoln Center area of NYC, which TLC is pleased to be organizing - we've already sold over 210 tickets (and about 150 bags of popcorn) - but since the theater holds 600, we're not terribly worried about running out of seats. Darren, from, wrote us to say the POA trading cards are to be released in the UK on May 25th. On their site, they have scans of the POA cards , some of what we've just seen, but there is a new one of Harry protecting Hermione more intensely from the Dementors. Thanks Darren!

POA NY Premiere Time?

As we told you previously, the New York premiere for POA is on May 23rd at Radio City Music Hall. One website now has a time of 6:00 pm for the premiere. Please consider this still a rumour as it has not yet been confirmed by Warner Brothers. We will ,of course, update as soon as we can.
