Tom Felton joins the cast of "Belle"

The Hollywood Reporter (THR) released an article stating that Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) has joined the cast of Amma Asante's Belle. Belle is a romantic period drama. THR reprots:

Belle.Miranda Richardson (Rita Skeeter) is also in the film (thank you to LunaLuver for the tip).
The BAFTA film award winner's romantic drama also stars Tom Wilkinson, Miranda Richardson and Matthew Goode and is set in 18th century England.
The project is billed as a tale of passion and romance and tells the tale of a mixed–race girl raised as an aristocratic lady in 18th century England.
It marks one of the first productions to be awarded production finance by Ben Roberts, the new director of the BFI Film Fund. It will shoot in the Isle of Man, London, Oxford, as well as Pinewood Studios, for seven weeks beginning Sept. 24.

I love romantic period dramas! Cant wait to see Tom do something romantic (right girls ;) this is going at the top of my to watch when it comes out list. Also, Miranda Richardson played Rita Skeeter. So that makes another HP actor in this film.
