October is usually pretty random for weather. Usually the days are pretty nice with highs in the 70s. Nights tend to dip into the 50s. This year the forecasters are expecting even cooler temps but drier than usual. This weekend will be at the peak of autumn leaf color season. You will want to dress in layers and bring a warm sleeping bag. There’s more info on the website FAQ: http://www.wrockfest.com/FAQ.html
North Carolina should be beautiful in October, if only my Singing Crones could be there, I could be there in about 9 or 10 hours!
When I saw the headline Wrockfest in the Forest of Dean, I was all excited thinking it would be over here in the UK, in the actual Forest of Dean.
