March Contest Winners Announced

The winners for Leaky's March contest have been announced. The challenge was to write the history of a special friendship and envision how one dynamic duo of witch/wizard and their creature companion met.

Congratulations to the following winners:

First place: Neville/Trevor by zonkoltd
Second place: Percy/Scabbers by HawthornTonks
Third place: Hagrid/Fang by Laine Slater

As a reminder, there are still a few days left to enter April's Fred and George Family Prank contest!

I really love the winning entry, the whole idea of it is great fun and really well written. I enjoyed the others too. Well done to all of them.

It would have been nice to have a couple of highly commended entries as well, you frequently have at least one, and I would have loved to read more of these stories.

Many thanks for your kind comments, greatly appreciated. I had a lot of fun with it. Enjoyed the April challenge even more, although could only develop one of the ideas – perhaps another time.
