August 30th Edition of The Quibbler Now Available

The August 30th edition of The Quibbler, Leaky's monthly publication "for all the news you won't find anywhere else," is now available for you to read!
This month's Quibbler includes some back to school advice
for all Hogwarts students. More significantly, Quibbler investigative
reporters have discovered a major conspiracy to seize control of the
commercial sales of owls, resulting in an acute shortage of owls, along
with a massive coded communication organization known as "The Beta",
being run by someone known only by enigmatic initials.
Puzzles, letters to Luna, Xeno's philosophical musings are all available now, in this month's Quibbler.
