I am most excited to see Rupert Grint. He is so natural at playing the character of Ron that he is either VERY similar to him in real life, or is an AMAZING actor. Either reason is reason enough to want to see him!
I would most want to see James and Oliver Phelps. My favorite characters in the books are the Weasly twins. The Phelps twins brought them to life in such a way it was as if they had stepped out of the books themselves! I think that they are both amazing actors; it would be a dream come true to see (possibly meet) them in real life!
My husband and I would love to meet Alan Rickman! He is such a great actor in all of the movies he has done. I also love how he has played Snape and am looking forward to see how the character evolves in the final movie.
I’d love to meet all of the Harry Potter cast, but I think I would want to meet Tom Felton most! His acting skills are amazing, to be able to play such a rude and foul character as Draco. You’ve got to have true talent to pull it off, which Tom does amazingly!! ;D
I am most interested in meeting Alan Rickman. I think he plays a great part throughout the series (I especially enjoy the scene where they are all in the great hall doing homework and Snape comes up behind Harry and Ron and hits them in the head and later grabs their heads and turns them to their papers!). However, my daughter’s dream is to me Emma Watson! She has been my daughter’s hero since the very first time we saw her in the first movie. Emma has carried herself so well throughout the entire process. I couldn’t ask for a better role model for my 10 year old! We live in upstate NY and this would just be a dream come true! We are huge Potter fans and have our fingers crossed for winning! Thanks so much for having this great contest!
This is such a tough question, but I think I am going to have to say Emma Thompson (assuming JKR doesn’t count). Emma Thompson is such a fantastic actress and I love all of the work she has done. I love watching the old Cambridge Footlights with Emma, Stephen Fry, and Hugh Laurie. She is just such an inspirational woman and a legend in the industry.
This being said, I would be just absolutely elated to meet any one of the cast members because they have all truly brought something special to the literary characters. The movies have all been really spectacular examples of literature being brought to the cinema and they would not have been the same if the cast wasn’t as stellar as it is.
Thank you! I hope I get chosen for this incredible opportunity!
Any of the HP stars would be a wonderful experience, and I would be most honored to represent The Leaky Cauldron !!!!
I am most excited to see Daniel Radcliffe because I have always found him attractive and now I think he is extremely talented and brave getting into theatre with Equus and now musicals with How to Succeed!
I’d love to meet Evanna Lynch. She is just adorable, and I love that she designs a lot of the jewelry Luna wears in the movies!
Excited to see Helena Bonham Carter as she leaves nothing to the imagination in playing Belatrix so superbly! Blows me away everytime I see her in the movies, exactly how i imagined Belatrix would be whenever I read the books over and over again. Has gone down as one of my favourite actors of all time….
I’m really excited to see Rupert Grint! He is so funny and it would be really great if I had the chance to meet him!
I’d be most excited to meet either Daniel Radcliffe or Emma Watson. I’d like to meet Daniel because i thought he did a fantastic job on the Harry Potter films and would like to congratulate him on his work. I thought he was so awesome when i saw him preform in How To Succeed… I would also like to meet Emma Watson because I admire her fashion sense and think she did a great job playing Hermione.
I would love to meet Emma Watson. I’d also be in awe of Alan Rickman. He is just incredible as Snape!
I am most excited to see Emma Watson because she is absolutely amazing and inspirational. I love how she brought Hermione to life!
Alan Rickman! He portrays his character with an amazing complexity that only a truly brilliant actor can achieve. The way he can manipulate the emotions and perspectives of a viewer through his performance marks his unparalleled skills as a performer, and even though I had read the books before I saw the movies, he made me completely forget that I knew Snape’s true allegiance. Or Emma Watson, because she portrays Hermione with pitch-perfect accuracy, but she still tailors the role to fit her style and mannerisms, so her character has life and isn’t bland. And I appreciate Emma’s decision to pursue a higher education, a rarity in itself, plus she has a fantastic sense of style, which I greatly admire.
