Actress Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) recently appeared in a photoshoot for the Financial Times' luxury lifestyle magazine, How to Spend It. You can now see the eight photos from the shoot here in the Leaky Galleries. The shoot took place at the V&A in London and took inspiration from the paintings of Dante Gabriel Rossetti.

The lipstick is overdone… she is so delicate… the clothing and make up were overwhelming her. I think they could have done better by her! She is so pretty, this doesn’t let it shine through… imo.

Different and very interesting – my favourite was the profile with the peacock feather fan behind. I’ve been watching Philosopher’s Stone with my young son recently – mad to think Bonnie’s grown up so much since then!

Great shoot, I think the make up and clothes are right for the artsy style of the photos i.e. “took inspiration from the paintings of Dante Gabriel Rossetti”

I’m a photographer, the art director is responsible for the look and feel of the shoot, including the make up, which is correct for this style. The MUA would apply the make up as per the art directors and client notes. I think the pics are very good though the centre spot filter is a tad intrusive, way too much blur close to the subject in some.
