My favorite one is “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire”, because I think it’s really entertaining. The whole Triwizard Tournament was portrayed amazingly, and even though they changed a lot of things from the book, with that particular film it doesn’t bother me as much as the others. I loved every actor’s performance and I think the movie is very well made. The soundtrack is awesome too.

My Favourite of all the films has to be the first, even though i love them all. But the first one was so Magical especially the first sight of Hogwarts thats when i fell in love with these films, from the first one. Hogwarts school is lovely and finding out all the magical things that go on there was even better, the staircases, the paintings and who can forget that gorgeous main hall with its enchanted ceiling. oh i might have to go watch it now, just writing about it makes it all flood back into my mind. Its also when you meet all the main charactors, and i do feel like i know them as they were all portrayed so well, i just love them all..Harry, Hermione and Ron not to mention all the Hogwarts staff, well i could just go on forever but i think i going to watch it now !! very happy muggle x

It’s really hard to pick a favorite. I think I’m going to have to go with HPDH2. Alan Rickman’s performance alone is incredible. Bringing Snape’s and Harry’s stories together. Everything about it was great (even with things changed a little or left out) I was not dissapointed in it at all. I literally grew up with all of these characters and have experienced life, love and loss with them. It was hard to see them go, but they went in the best way possible.

I would have to say Order of the Pheonix, because I love how its in this movie that all the minor characters become so much more. You really get to know the characters on a whole new level, and you finally see them start to come together. For me it was the turning point of the whole series. =] Plus it was my favorite book.

My favorite movie has to be PoA or DH 1 and 2. PoA because, although I feel that it strays from the book the most, I love the color scheme of the whole movie. I feel like it was also the first movie where the kids stepped into their own and really got to explore their characters and really act. Deathly Hallows is probably just because I had such great experiences with those movies. The first I was with my best friend near my house and the second I was at LeakyCon and that was just an experience that I cannot explain in words. Beyond incredible. Also, I feel that the movies did DH justice. All of the little nods to the past movies were so sentimental and totally got to me. It was definitely nostalgic.

My favorite movie is Deatly Hallows Part 2. I think that they effectively translated the book without cutting to much or putting in too much. I especially liked the epilogue because the movie ended on the perfect tone of nostalgia.

My favorite movie is Deathly Hallows Part 2 because it brings back so many of the emotions I felt while reading that portion of the book.

For me to choose a “favorite Harry Potter Movie” is like asking me which is my favorite child (I have four). They each hold a special place in my heart. I love them all equally and unconditionally since they are a part of me, each has qualities unique to themselves that make me proud and filled with love, yet it is that uniqueness that sometimes poses an, “I love you, but I sure don’t like you right now,” feeling. So it is with the Harry Potter Films. I love them unconditionally because each is unique to themselves and they are part of the larger picture of Rowling’s beloved books. Like most, Daniel, Rupert, and Emma, have become the embodiment of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. I love being able to visualize the scenes described in the books, and how closely they matched what I had in my head as I read the written page. Now for the uniqueness that causes that, “I love you, but sure don’t like you right now” feeling. Because they are movies, things are left out that explain other things in the book. On screen, these are changed for times sake, or left out completely for reasons that sometimes I simply can’t fathom. The greatest example of this for me was HBP. I walked out of the theater shaking my head wondering how in the world they were going to sufficiently explain everything happening in DH. So much was left out of HBP that I founD myself deeply annoyed. (not unlike the feeling I have with one of my children when they do something deeply disappointing). But after DH pt1 and pt2 came out I felt it was done sufficiently to be able to let my disappointment go. (much like the child who redeems himself the next day after whatever the disappointing action had been). I LOVE the books. I LOVE the movies, despite they will never quite meet the books in content, they never fail to enthrall me as I watch them. Sooo there I have explained why saying one movie is my favorite is hard, but alas this IS a contest, so for sake of argument, I will say DH pt 2 because it was the ultimate triumph of Harry over Voldemort. The most powerful message was that of Neville Longbottom as he says, “People die every day, but they are still with us…here (pointing to his heart)”. The love they had for each other was more than physical, it was spiritual. This is how I felt about the books and the movies. Although I will miss reading or seeing something new about Harry et al, i still have them with me…here (points to my own chest). My love for the books and movies is spiritual. In the words of Ms. Rowling herself, “Hogwarts will always be there to welcome me home.”

My favorite movie was Deathly Hallows part 2. The acting was great, and since the book was split into two movies, showed a lot more of my favorite parts. I had been looking forward to seeing the part where Hagrid carried Harry’s “body” back from the forbidden forest ever since I read it in the book. And the movie didn’t disappoint.

All fo them were very well executed but my favourite is Deathly Hallows part 2 bc it captured every moment correctly. The CGI’s were phenomenol and Alan Rickman did a marvolous job as snape. This is by dfar the best one!!
