Hee hee! Holy Eyebrows, Tonks! :) Other than that, I like it.
Everyone, Tonks is supposed to be blonde during the wedding scene (at least she was in the book), so this must be a shot during that time. In fact, I like how her hair changes, after all, it does so in the books (purple, red, blonde, and hot pink).
As for Lupin, he was described since book 3 as looking even more grayer and shabbier – so I don’t see why some are shocked to see Lupin appear as though he’s aged quite a lot. After all, it takes a toll on him, to be a werewolf and all of the transformations, etc.
I’m guessing those are their clothes for the wedding, and in the book Tonks has blonde hair for the wedding, although it does say she looks radiant which she doesn’t in this photo. Though Lupin looks miserable (as he is in the book), they seem to be following the books very closely hurray!

Also, it’s a promo photo! Not the movie!!!!! She’s not supposed to look radient in a promo photo! She’s supposed to look radient in the movie, which she does!, in the HBP DVD Deathly Hallows preview. You can see her clapping happilly for Bill and Fleur for a split second as they dance by.
They’re just in front of a white background taking a basic photo here, so what is there to be radiant about?
