"Deathly Hallows" Footage to be Shown in Japanese Theaters for Harry Potter Countdown Event

There is a report online today via our friends over on Snitch Seeker which noes that a number of theaters in Japan, hosting special Harry Potter countdown events, will air an "exclusive preview" of the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" films on August 11. The events are slated to show a marathon of the first six Potter films, in addition to this new footage. They report:

The Harry Potter countdown event will take place in theatres in the cities of Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo, with the chance for fans who sign up to get free giveaways as well as watch the movie marathon and sneak preview.

I really hope this gets captured (let’s not even speak of the Comic Con misery) Do you remember the Japanese preview for HBP. That was brilliant let’s hope for the same again this time. Plus I wanna hear Frak imitate the epicness of the Japanese voiceover guy again!

Japan is so. damn. lucky.
But I’ve got a question: how the HELL DID THEY GET THAT FOOTAGE when comic con NEVER RELEASED IT?!?!?!?!?!Did WB give it to them?!
Man, I am sooooooo hope that someone films it and posts it on youtube. If anyone on leaky is in Japan, plz go to the cinema and RECORD IT.
