"Deathly Hallows" Footage Shown at Comic Con; LeakyMug Coverage of the Event Now Online

As we reported below, Leaky and MuggleNet were on hand at Comic Con 2010 in San Diego, California today to cover the WB panel about the upcoming "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" film. Our own Melissa Anelli and MuggleCast's Andrew Sims recorded a special edition LeakyMug to discuss the news and events surrounding this panel, as well as give a rundown of the new slew of "Deathly Hallows" footage which were shown at the event. I would absolutely love to see the clips. However, everyone is acting as though we have the RIGHT to see this footage. WB owns the footage and the people who went to Comic-Con paid a great deal of time and money to see it. We can’t act as though it is unreasonable for WB not to show us a large percentage of the film before it is released, because they are simply doing what film studios do. If the footage is released/leaked, great! Bonus! But if it is not, we will have to wait until the movie comes out, just like fans have done for every new movie for ages.

i don’t think so. melissa talked about this on the comic con leaky mug, they heard the same rumor at comic con. isn’t true, from what they said.

i searched all over the internet for comformation on that and couldnt find anything all legitamte sites say november 19th and besides if it was true wouldnt Warner have announced it by now? also with it being august and promotion and marketing already underway for part 1 it would be suicide to push it back. besides jan and feb are dead months for blockbusters so i think its just someone starting a rumor. the announcement that HBP was being pushed back happened in the middle of july. also leaky and mugglenet would of said something if it was true. so im sure its not.
