A new article has made its way online from InsidetheMagic regarding the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park at Universal Studios Orlando. In this very detailed and very spoiler-ridden report, many elements of the Forbidden Journey ride, including its narrative, scenes, settings and character involvement, are examined. Included in this report is the full audio of the four-minute ride, as is video clips from the entire attraction prior to the ride itself. This video can be viewed right here. It looks fantastic! But I am already hoping they will consider expanding the park to include some of the music and ideas from the later books/movies. I love Order of the Phoenix, Half Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows, and I believe a lot of the music and material from these books/movies is being left out. I understand it needs to be family friendly. The deeper you get into the series the better it gets and it seems a shame to mostly focus on the “early years”.

I had the privilege of riding twice this past week, once on Thur. once on Friday. I bought a vacation package through Universal and because we stayed at their resorts we had early access to the Wizarding World. We arrived both mornings around 8 a.m. and we were in “Hogwarts” by 8:15 riding the Forbidden Journey. It was an amazing experience and I recommend that everyone try to get there. We ate breakfast at the Three Broomsticks which was a lot of fun. The Butterbeer was out of this world! We were lucky enough to have access to this area before the general public. (the wait will probably be overwhelming after the Grand opening) On the first day we only had to wait about 10 minutes to get on. The second day we waited around an hour. This gave us even more time to absorb everything inside of Hogwarts. I had an idea of some of the things that we would see but it still took me by surprise. And the ride is like nothing you have ever ridden before. Words can’t describe it. Just be cautious if you are in any way afraid of small spaces or heights, just a warning. But it was amazing! And there are definitely some hidden surprises. I noticed different things the second time I rode it. I do have pics and videos I can post if anyone is interested
thats the most awesome place onthe whole planet.!!!!!!
