Images have made their way online care of Universal showing Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling touring the now open Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park along with Mark Woodbury, the President of Universal Creative.  Showing Ms Rowling and Mr. Woodbrury exploring the streets of Hogsmeade, the images can be found here in our Galleries, or seen below:

An accompanying caption reads:

Since Jo had alot of say so in the creating of this world it must be quite an experience to finally see it come to life. Heaven knows we are all looking forward to seeing it at some time or another! Many thanks to Jo for her wonderful stories and to Universal for bringing it all to life.
P.S. I do hope Mr. Woodbury did not walk to fast as would hate for her to twist an ankle in those shoes.

That was awesome of her to take the time out to go. I hope she liked what they did all though it seems like it in the pics. Just think from riding on a train thinking of a story of a little orphan boy with no name yet…. to all of this great job JO

Wow! She looked very pleased. Love the shoes but I probably couldn’t walk more than an hour in them. She looked very happy and she deserves to have something like this happen for her. She’s a genius writer.
