Peter Mullan Cast as Death Eater Yaxley in "Deathly Hallows"

A another bit of casting news is online today, for the the online acting resume of Peter Mullan lists the actor as being cast in the role of Death Eater Yaxley in the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" film.  Mr. Mullan has been in numerous television and film productions, including roles in Alfonso CuarĂ³n's "Children of Men," Danny Boyle's "Trainspotting," and Mel Gibson's "Braveheart."  The full acting resume of Mr. Mullan can be found right here via the Markham, Froggatt, and Irwin website.  Additionally, a gallery of images featuring the actor is now available in our Image Galleries.

I’ve seen many of his performances, and particularly liked him in “The Fixer” and in “Boy A”. Marvellous actor. He will be excellent at bringing the menace.
