HPA’s Second Annual Accio Books Broadcast with Maureen Johnson, Lauren Fairweather, Paul DeGeorge, and Brian Ross Today

Join the Harry Potter Alliance for their second annual Accio Books Campaign live broadcast today at 4:00pm EST featuring Maureen Johnson, Lauren Fairweather, Paul DeGeorge, and Brian Ross as they kick off their book drive supporting the Delta Center for Culture and Learning and Mississippi Delta region of the United States. Each year, HPA comes together with four ‘Heads of House’ to raise awareness and support of both local and nation book donations in support of advanced literacy across the globe. Last year, the efforts by HPA raised over 14,000 books, 4,000 of which went directly to a youth village in Rwanda.
Starting Monday, March 1, you can join Harry Potter fans across the world in donating books to their local communities, as well as to HPA’s partners at the Delta Center for Culture and Learning who will disperse each of your donated books to amazing community centers throughout the Mississippi Delta. The live broadcast on the Say AHA LiveStream channel will feature complete information about this effort, and much more with our four ‘Heads of House.’
