“Tangled” Bumps “Deathly Hallows: Part 1” Out of the No. 1 Spot at the US Box Office

Disney’s newest film “Tangled” has taken the number one spot in the US box office, moving “Deathly Hallows: Part 1” to the number two spot for the first time since its release. This weekend, “Deathly Hallows: Part 1” made $16.7 million next to the $21.5 million that “Tangled” earned.

However, “Deathly Hallows: Part 1” still remains the number one film in the international box office, making $54.4 million this weekend. Thus far the film’s overseas earnings are $469.1 million, and the domestic earnings are $244.2 million.
