Winners of Wizarding Postcard Contest Announced

Readers will recall that last month we asked you to create a wizarding postcard for our Contest Crew's latest contest. Both an original image and postcard message were required from entrants. After receiving many splendid entries, we have for you the winners of this contest. The winners of the Wizarding Postcard Contest are as follows:

First Place: Hagrid (front and back) by Amanda Bettens

Second Place: Charlie Weasley by MikeyBooch

Third Place: Fred and George (front and back) by fw00per

Honorable Mention: Dobby (front and back) by Kristen

All winners receive MyLeaky points for their submission, while the first place winner gets their very own custom made wand from Wizard Wood Wands.

Wow – all of these are very inspired. Don’t know which one I like more – the firebreathing dragon (very kewl) or even down to the blinking owl postage on one. Such a great job by all. : )

Great job guys! I must admit I was disappointed that there was not a postcard from Mr. Weasley. I thought that a postcard from him would be the funniest— escpecially if he discovered a new muggle contraption on his vacation!
