Construction watch continues on the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park attraction with new photos and video. First thanks to David who let us know about this new video of the construction work being done in Orlando, Florida, now clearly showing the towers and facade of the giant Hogwarts castle being built. You can also see his photos here from OrlandoUnited (also here in our galleries) as well as these additional photos including more of the snowy walls of Hogsmeade Village courtesy of Be sure to check out our extensive collection of photos and more on the theme park here in our Image Galleries. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Theme Park is set to open Spring, 2010.

Some of those pictures are incredible like the side of the great hall and the huge roof of the big tower, I can’t wait- I just wish they’d have built it in Scotland. That would have been incredible

I am in Orlando right now and it looks like they are adding a “first years” boat landing at Hogwarts Castle and boat launch at the old Triceratops boat ride launch. Our best guess is that they will probably “retool” Dueling Dragons as well because while in line for that ride you can literally almost touch Hagrid’s Hut!
