Video of Burned Trailers from New Attack Scene in Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows

Yesterday, we learned of a new scene added to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows which takes place as Harry and Hermione are camping while on the run, and arrive at a spot with trailers only to see the Death Eaters have attacked. London Taxi Tours now has video online here, taken from the public road outside of Leavesden Studios that clearly shows these burned trailers, complete with green screens used for filming.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One will be released on November 19, 2010, with part two due in July, 2011.

Thanks much to UHP via SS and London Taxi Tours!

I like this addition. When you don’t have pages upon pages to include a little here and a little there, plus a narrative voice from Harry’s head telling us what he thinks, this is a good way to achieve the same end. It reminds us that the world is no longer safe. The magical fight has really broken out into the muggle world now. No one is safe, and Harry needs to bring Voldemort down.

Think will have to defer judgment on this latest addition not in the book. They had to divide the book into two movies – why now do they have to add things that are not there???

As long as they don’t cut our important scenes *cough*Snape*cough* in order to add these new scenes, then I am fine with it. Something has to break up that camping trip. :p

Hey everyone!
I’ve made a group to petition Warner Brothers to keep the Ron/Hermione kiss out of the trailer so that we can see it for the first time on release day. If you agree here’s the link to join:
Also here is a video:,
And the online petition, if you’d like to sign here’s the link:
Thanks, have a great day!

Um okay, I guess…I just don’t know why they feel the need to ADD scenes to an already pretty long story…
