Video of Burned Trailers from New Attack Scene in Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows

Yesterday, we learned of a new scene added to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows which takes place as Harry and Hermione are camping while on the run, and arrive at a spot with trailers only to see the Death Eaters have attacked. London Taxi Tours now has video online here, taken from the public road outside of Leavesden Studios that clearly shows these burned trailers, complete with green screens used for filming.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One will be released on November 19, 2010, with part two due in July, 2011.

Thanks much to UHP via SS and London Taxi Tours!

Wow! This is so cool! Makes the Death Eaters seem more…evil. Gives it more drama. I can’t believe we get to see clips of it when the film is coming out next year! Ah well. Not complaining.

Neat. But not terribly exciting looking! It’s a good idea to bring the muggle world into it again, as long as they don’t cut out something really important to include it, as they tend to do. Wonder if this is going to be like OotP, where we saw so much of the film before it came out — not that I’m complaining…. :)

The only question I have is WHO the people will be at the trailers.
Is it where a group of muggle-borns are hiding from the snatchers?
Are Harry and Hermione simply looking for another place to hide?
I don’t know how much of the magical community uses trailers, which, at first, made me suspect that perhaps Hermione sent her parents here. (?)

Curious… very curious..
I’m excited to see a scene in which I have no idea what will happen!

I agree! It does add more of the evil aspect to the Death Eaters. Can’t wait to see more on this film!

Interesting! I cannot wait to see how this scene will look in the final film!

P.S. Warner Brothers, you ought to give us some official stills soon. :P

I like this idea it makes more sense. Feels abit scarier, there’s something so English, so muggle about caravans and I love the idea of Death Eaters just setting fire and ruining these people’s little holidays with their contempt. Better be better than HBP’s burrow burning- it was pretty disappointing

Maybe the dream world from the destructtion of Harry’s horcrux will be cut. Sorry, I am just so dissapointed with the screenwriters and director’s version of things. Making a scene to explain the evil of the deatheaters is throughout the books if one looks for it.

I was so excited when I read the article and I’m really looking forward to this scene but this was the biggest let down of a video ever. I have no idea why the video was a minute and forty-seven seconds except that it was too long. You could watch something similar by typing in “old camping trailers” into youtube. The music made it even worse.

Guess That Book

Something very cold trickled down the back of Harry's neck; for a moment he thought someone was putting a Disillusionment Charm on him again, then realized that Mrs. Weasley was attacking his hair with a wet comb. She pressed hard on the top of his head.
