The BBC is reporting that actor Rupert Grint is on the road to recovery after suffering a "mild bout" of Swine Flu. His publicist told BBC that Rupert took a few days off from filming on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, but is back to work and will join the cast for the UK premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on Tuesday in London, England. "He has now recovered and is looking forward to joining his fellow cast members,"the report citing his rep and continued: "Grint's doctor had confirmed the 20-year-old actor had recovered and was no longer contagious or at risk of infecting others "Other scenes were shot in his absence which did not require his involvement and thus filming was not disrupted," she added.

We at TLC send our well wishes to Rupert, and hope you are feeling much better soon!

Swine flu is not fun. I had it three weeks ago, and was pretty sick with it. I hope Ron feels better soon.“Swine flu” is amisnomer, as the flu did not originate in pigs, but in people. it’s correst name is H1N1 virus.

My current roommate had H1N1 in late April (before we met) and she said it took about 10 days to recover. Good that Rupert can persevere!

Glad he’s better and back to work. Check out his non-Potter films if you haven’t seen them yet. I liked them.

I hope Emma Watson doesn’t get it though! Didn’t they just film the kissing scene?!

I’m glad he’s getting better :] and that they didn’t have to stop filming because of his absence.
