I would love to go see it in IMAX. Hopefully we’ll get the chance. There’s one fairly close to us.

Is it just the opening 12 minutes in 3D? Good scenes but usually the 3D is at the climax of the movie.

Hate to bum people out, but a bunch of us in NYC saw it both in IMAX and regular. and the IMAX isn’t all that. The movie really isn’t formatted well for IMAX and looses alot of detail and sharpness. The 3D at the beginning is nifty and the details are rich for the 20 mins that were filmed in IMAX (you can see almost all the writing on Harry’s newspaper), but then the rest gets kind of fuzzy.

If you are in a cash crunch I would recommend skipping the IMAX for this.

Guess That Book

"But I know one thing -- last time the Chamber of Secrets was opened, a Mudblood died. So I bet it's a matter of time before one of them's killed this time.... I hope it's Granger," he said with relish.
