As for Johnny Depp, he’s really the one still missing in the cast. But what part to give him? He can act different characters, but I don’t know whom he could play in HP. Maybe Ludo Bagman (if they had kept him in) or Sirius, even young Dumbledore. Hmmm… or just some random Deatheater, as a joke, or a portrait – Sir Cadogan behaving like Captain Jack Sparrow :P
