Trio to Guest on Rove Live July 6 in Australia

As a follow to the post below regarding the news of Harry Potter cast members making TV appearances to promote Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, we have another to add to the list. The Trio of Dan Radcliffe (Harry), Rupert Grint (Ron) and Emma Watson (Hermione) are due to appear on Australian talk show Rove Live July 6th. We do not know if the show is to be a taped satellite appearance or what all this may involve, and we will update with more on that when we can.

Rove usually asks different questions than a normal interviewer and does a funny 10 questions to end his segments including questions like ‘who would you turn gay for’ which last time Dan said: ‘Albert Einstein, ’cause I think intelligence is sexy.’

www.rovedaily.com.au – All interviews and performances on ‘Rove’ (the show use to be called ‘Rove Live’ but this stopped early 2008) are always avaliable to watch on the Monday after.
Also the show is on SUNDAY JULY 5TH, not the 6th.
And this will be over a satelite – they never send anything HP related to Australia, we always have to go to the UK (its a long flight people!!). Don’t expect any new questions or gossip – it will be Rove having a laugh, most likely paying attention to Dan as Dan is one of his favourite guests. Very exciting news.

Rove doesn’t do the segment including the ‘Who would you turn gay for?’ question, he does the final five which is basically random questions pertaining to the interviewees likes/dislikes etc…can’t wait for this interview You normally only see Dan on promo interviews (Rove for December Boys) and maybe Emma (For OOTP) but I’ve never seen Rupert do an interview (I’ve probably just missed them)..I’m going to be sad andmark it on my calendar…ha ha!

Yes I know NutsAboutHarry, I was just using it as an example for questions that he asks guest that are not usually asked, and that was a question he did ask Dan before. And besides I don’t find Rove as interesting as he once was so I don’t watch it as avidly as I once did, if I do watch it will be for this interview and thats all.

It will be put on the internet. On Monday July 6th – the day after it airs on Australia’s channel 10 it will be put on www.rovedaily.com.au That means it will be available by Sunday night in the US.
It will likely be a satellite interview as the trio are not, as far as I can tell actually going to be on Australian soil.
Don’t expect anything ground breaking about HBP – Rove is more likely to ask what colour Rupert’s legs are and how Dan is doing with the laaaaaadies … ROFLOL
