Shell Cottage Filming Day One: Location Photos for Filming on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Update: Filming took place today on Freshwater Beach for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for scenes involving Shell Cottage. Many reports to TLC say actor Toby Jones was there, perhaps just for rehearsal purposes only, for scenes involving Dobby. Warwick Davis was also there as Griphook, with other cast members such as Dan Radcliffe (Harry) Emma Watson (Hermione) Rupert Grint (Ron) Evanna Lynch (Luna) and their doubles were filming both on the dunes and rehearsing down on the beach. Readers Maddie and Gemma report that Rupert was there dressed in a beard and wig for Ron Weasley's transformation, and possibly the photos are of Emma Watson dressed as Bellatrix for the transformation to Gringotts out of Shell Cottage.

Additional photos are of what are likely to be the doubles for the celebs on the beach, although this remains quite unclear as to what is going on. Maddie and Gemma's photos can be found, here. Reports say hordes of paparazzi were there, making it very difficult for fans to get clear photos. Filming does continue all week long, and we will continue to update with more photos when we can.
Update 2: Thanks to SS for the heads up on video from the BBC, now here in our galleries. (note those are likely the doubles for the cast on the beach)
UPDATE 10, 012 ;) While some readers expressed confusion, we can
see yes indeed Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix) and Emma Watson
(Hermione) were indeed on set today as witnessed by the slew of
paparazzi photos which are now surfacing online, here (page 4) from Oclumencia.

It should be Carter playing Hermione-looking-like-Bellatrix, but it might be Carter’s double on the beach.

Not sure if it’s allowed to advertise other sites here, but the Brazilian Oclumencia site has yet again a number of close-up photos from today’s filming.
As a side note, I have to say that the Oclumencia site must have professional photographers working for them, or they must otherwise have access to professional photo agencies like Retna, Splash News, Rex Features and the like. They always seem to have the best, clearest close-up photos from the filming locations, photos that have clearly been taken with professional cameras. Just look at their photos from the DH filming sessions in Scotland, London and now Wales, it’s pretty evident that the photos are not taken just by some random fan with a random camera, but by a professional photographer with professional equipment.

@MischiefManaged, I just went and saw those photos and they are amazing. Can’t wait to see Helena Bonham-Carter portraying Hermione portraying Bellatrix.

At first I was so confused as to why Bellatrix would be there… But it must be for when Hermione uses Polyjuice potion! Yes! This sounds awesome! I keep tring to look at Oclumencia’s pictures but no matter which link I use (here, their site) it just says “link broken” :(

Saw some more photos on oclumencia and I love that Bella’s look is softer and not so crazy for these scenes since it is suppose to be Hermione under the polyjuice and not really Bella. Bella’s hair seems calmer and her make up softer great detail to include. There is also a shot with Dan and Rupert is in his polyjuice form. Love it!!!

Oh man, I can’t wait to see Helena Bonham Carter playing Hermione!Bellatrix…it will be weird to see her being so nice!
I can’t wait to see this. I wonder where Dean and Ollivander are….or Bill and Fleur for that matter! I can’t wait to see them all.

I just saw Oclumencia’s pictures, and is definitely Helena, not her double. And she is carrying Hermione’s bag! So amazing!
