WB Releases New Half-Blood Prince Trailer

In this trailer released by WB, Dumbledore narrates the story of Tom Riddle. We see glimpses of the inferi, more orphanage footage, the gates of Hogwarts as Harry and Luna travel up to them, Harry under his invisibility cloak on the train, Dumbledore grabbing a chain from the cave, a close shot of Narcissa, Draco working on the wardrobe, explosions in Diagon Alley and fire at the Burrow, Harry battling off the Inferi, Fenrir Greyback, Harry shouting at Snape, the bridge collapsing, and another "Once again, I must ask too much of you, Harry."

This movie looks very good – I’m glad to hear more of the Tom Riddle story as told by Dumbledore, and we finally have another shot of Narcissa Malfoy…

I think the people who saw the film already said that she could just see these particles floating over his head. Though in the trailer it does look like she is seeing all of harry through the invisibility cloak with her specs. It is just as silly as moody being able to see through the cloak with his eye though, in my opinion.

well, im thinking warner bros are trying to make the delayed date up to us. how many traliers and sneak peaks have we seen now? i seriously debated not watching this, but of course i caved and its loading right now… :P

Yes I did that part in the trailer. In the book it is Tonks who finds Harry under the invisibilty cloak, but I love how they put in the movie Luna finding Harry instead. It is a marvelous change, even though I am a bookpurist and like things to be 100% correct from the books. I enjoy how they made that part in the movie adaptation and included Luna in that scene.

i just had to happy dance before i even watched it. A. MAZE. ING!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was beautiful. do the frame-by-frame. there is a lot of stuff i didn’t even know was there until i did.

HEY!!! If anyone hasn’t noticed, at one part in the trailer (When Tom riddle is screaming) there’s a screenshot of someone holding a locket of some sort!!!!

That was nothing short of absolutely bone-chilling. Warner Brothers certainly succeeded in making an ominous and tantalyzing trailer. I cannot wait until July now.
