More on Casting of Dung Fletcher and Bill Weasley for Deathly Hallows

A followup today regarding our two previous reports of possible casting for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Good News: As TLC first reported a few days ago, actor Andy Linden (photo here) has indeed been cast in the role of dodgy Order of the Phoenix member Mundungus Fletcher, according to his agents who confirmed this directly to TLC.
Broadway World.com is also now reporting that Domhnall Gleeson "is expected to sign on for the final installment of the big screen’s blockbuster Harry Potter series, The Deathly Hallows." As we noted previously, the son of Brendan Gleeson (Mad-Eye Moody), Domhnall (photo here) will take on the role of Bill Weasley. Filming is currently underway for both parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in London, England.

As far as explaining Bill & Fleur, it would be easy for Ron to throw in "Yeah, they met when Fleur started working at Gringot’s to improve her “eeenglish”, and hit it off! And just like that they’re getting MARRIED!"
I just hope that they do up Bill all scarred from Grayback’s attack… Hermione could make a comment “Oh, I haven’t seen him since Grayback attacked him last year… those scars will never heal?” at which point Fleur can say some of her HBP lines… “I am good looking enough for both of us”, and even as she approaches Bill, his scars could fade visibly.
This is all quite dooable, in a manner of seconds (they don’t need lots of exposition here to get the points into the story)

wow they sure did take a long time to cast these roles!! ive been dying to see bill in a movie and i cant believe!!!! that they didnt cast bill for hp6!!!!!!! ahh!! they actor that may portray bill is cute but i pictured bill with a wider jaw.. the actor for dung is great!! although i would have liked to see dung and sirius together.

I think Linden is exactly how I imagined Mundungus Fletcher looking, just with longer hair. Awesome!

Well, the second one does look like a Weasley. Hopefully this means we’ll see Fleur! Always thought Mundugus was like a Filch character. Not sure if I like the guy cast.

Hm.. I’m not sure. I really didn’t picture Mundungus to be quite as old. I always got the impression that he was fairly young, but he looked dirty and haggard and whatnot because he was always skulking around in places and such… Idk, maybe it was just me?
