It breaks my heart to imagine Jo with this dwarf of Sarkozy. But I guess I’ll try to see her tomorrow at the Palace Elysée and take some pictures !

That’s great !
About jessh324’s comment : you don’t have to be french to receive it . For instance, Walt Disney received it!
I feel that they give it pretty easily but (maybe being a harry potter fan) I think that Jo deserves it. ^^
And I’m with you on that one, ‘french soup’ ! XD

Amazing, but not a surprise…not for JKR! What a fantastic lady. And she’s getting the recognition she deserves, as a fantastic writer! Good on you, Jo!

Wasn’t she a French teacher before writting her book?

Anyway I totally agree with ‘french soup’, Sarko and JK in the same room…arg!
She’s so amazing and he is so…him!
To quote a really great Wrock Band (The Basilisk in Your Pasta)
‘Voldemort is ugly, just like Sarkozy’
And Sarko doesn’t have the excuse of having spend a decade as a spirit and having to grow himself a body from scratch _

Buti’m really glad for Jo! She deserves all the awards she can get! and more!
