Wizarding World of Harry Potter Construction Photos and Video Update

A new month brings a fresh new batch of photos from the ongoing construction at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park attraction in Florida. Thanks to Orlando United, there are good new photos now in our galleries, notably: this of the shops at Hogsmeade Village, and their crooked chimneys, as well as this of the giant Hogwarts Castle, the many towers, and other side buildings of the castle grounds. Finally, be sure to check out this video on Youtube courtesy of Woodencoasterfan where you can get another idea of the huge size of the castle. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park is on track for the Spring, 2010 opening.

Wow the new pics of the construction and progress are always exciting. This place is going to be vast. The buildings are just so big and impressive. I love the pic of Hogwarts with the bridge :)

With each additional picture that becomes available I become increasingly impressed by the rich attention to detail and the utter sublimity with which they have constructed this glorious castle. I look forward to seeing the final product – virtually and, eventually, in reality.

I was in the middle of eating when I clicked on the link to the castle picture. I literally choked because it looks exactly like the one in the movies! It is crazy!

looks soo cool!!! I’ll probably go a few years after the 7th book is done, so they can incorporate that into it. The Gryffindor common room looks awesome!!
