WHAT? This is outrageous! We’ve been waiting for MONTHS to see this trailer, and a day BEFORE it is to be released we’re told this? I think a few people at WB need to be fired! It’s their job to tell us these things! Who cares if its not attatched to a WB movie? They attach trailers from otther companies on movies ALL THE TIME!!

God WB, GET YOU ACT TOGETHER, OR QUIT BEFORE YOU LOSE A LOT OF FANS!!

maybe you’ve all noticed that a lot of studios aren’t releasing trailers until much closer to the actual film’s premier… it’s not just potter. take a breath; wouldn’t you rather let the anticipation build, anyway?

Liz, calm down. WB never officially announced the teaser would be released for Caspian. Sue posted a rumour she heard from someone she thought was a good source a few weeks ago that it would come out today, but it was never confirmed, and Leaky made it clear that is what still a rumor and nothing was official.

Because of the “S” we see in the photo on the trunk (or whatever it is…) at first I thought Slughorn;s and Harry was getting potion ingredients or something…

then I thought Snape’s detention but i didn’t think that worked, because an “S” wouldn’t be on the side of a filing cabinet in Filtch’s office…

So then I thought that it was Sirius’s old trunk or something that Harry was looking into… but then i realized that there isn’t a scene in HBP in which they are at headquarters…

so, basically, now I don’t know what to think… haha.

Oh, Leaky, how you invade my dreams! I dreamed this morning that the “huge casting announcement” was that Jo herself would be portraying Professor Sprout. Because we’ve just wished the Hufflepuff professor a happy birthday, I think. Eh, wow.

I think a lot of people have been taking too many rumors as truth lately with tabloids, E! and tmz and have completely forgot, or never actually learned what the word rumor means. A rumor can be completely false. It doesn’t need evidence to exist and it will still be a rumor.

The problem with this lack of information is it gives us all too much time to obsess over any little scrap that does come out, like this pic. I have been thinking of nothing else since last night! (I know, get a life, right? LOL Can’t help it.) Originally I was sure it was Sirius’ trunk and Harry was opening a package with the mirror in it, either at Grimmauld Place (although I agree with someone else who said it looks too light to be 12 GP) or wherever. But now that I have pondered it some more, with the “S” on the side I think it is less likely to be SIrius’ trunk. Wouldn’t he have a “B” for “Black” on his trunk rather than a first initial? So, now I am back to its being either Slughorns or Snapes. Why can’t they give us tiny little captions with a bit of a clue when these photos come out? Just a SMALL clue…

Joe, the anticipation have already build up plenty, enough already. They taken it too far.

Could it be the last day at the Dursleys’. He is going through his own trunk.

Dude… I’ve been waiting for the trailer for such a long time… This makes me sad…

I think Harry is at Number Twelve in this picture. D’you guys remember the bits of script that leaked? In it, the Burrow was destroyed and the Weasleys and co. had to go to Number Twelve for Christmas. This was confirmed by one of the producers in an article. There IS a battle sequence of sorts at the Burrow.

In the image, I believe that Harry is looking through Sirius’s old school trunk, which would have been in Sirius’s bedroom.

That sucks. And I was really looking foward too seeing it online. I have been waiting for it too come ever since they annoucned. It better be coming soon. Also that is a good picture of Harry.

But in the bit of script that was leaked, at the end of the fight scene at the Burrow we immediately cut to Hermione and Harry talking back at Hogwarts. When are they supposed to have the scene where they go to no. 12 and he discovers this trunk?

I just don’t know…the only thing that I can think is that Harry gets it as a part of Sirius’s will. If it’s Sirius’s trunk at all. Which I’m beginning to doubt…

Isn’t the photo depicting the scene where Harry has to do his detention in Filch’s office, sorting out the cards wherein the punishments to various past students were recorded….remember, he found several with his father and Sirius, while Filch was smirking in the background?

I just want to see the trailer and that’s it.

soooo bummed about the trailer, but at least theres a new pic. maybe we’ll have a trailer but at least July-i can’t wait for this movie!!!

Maybe the marketing of this film will be slightly different since the series has finished,and all that anticipation about the ending is over. I don’t mean the movie won’t be good or people won’t see it, just that there could be a different strategy about the final movies to keep interest in them high. I don’t know, but timing of the trailers and pictures being released could be different related to that. As for the picture, he looks like he came across something he wasn’t looking for…...he looks sad to me.
