I have no idea. Wild Target is the comedy (and has the same distributor as Little Miss Sunshine!), and Cherrybomb looks very much like an indie drama.

I get the TinTin reference now. lol Yeah, the hair is similar, but on Rupert, it’s smokin’ hot.

you know what, I realized something Rupert is such a talented actor that he can wear anything and make it look good, like in GOF he had to use that horrible thing and he make it look hot and now he is wearing that haristyle and looks GORGEOUS!! Seriously. It’s an Indie Drama…with award winning writers and directors, premiering at a film festival. It’s not a comedy, it’s not a cartoon, it’s not made for TV. Another HP actress does that. Rupert does real quality films. Read the summary again.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix

5 real quality films so far, and 2 more can probably be added in the next couple of years – not many actors can achieve that…….Oh wait except from Dan Radcliffe and Emma Watson.

Oh hey look guys, it’s Sonja trying to talk Rupert and his fans down for no reason at all again. Stop talking if you have nothing positive to say in relation to Cherrybomb.

Sonja, you left out Driving Lessons and Thunderpants (though I don’t know if this is quality…never seen it).

I think what Eruditewitch is getting at is that Rupert hasn’t done one made for TV movie. All his projects outside of HP are for the silver screen. I expect Cherrybomb to have a wider distribution than DL (which had one wider than December Boys) and Wild Target will probably be distributed similar to Little Miss Sunshine (as they have the same distributor).

Basically, the trio actors are different in the types of projects they like to take and some people just think that Rupert has made the best choices. There’s no need to belittle him.

Personally, I think Dan will go on to do mostly theater after HP, Rupert will do more films, and Emma…well, she could stop acting altogether and I think she’d be happy. I don’t think she will, though, it’s just really hard to tell what kind of medium she’ll go into. She seemed to really like playing Princess Pea.

peace of crap ever made. but I really like Rupert´s performance, because it was so “Not-Ron”.

people are entitled to their own opinions but i just found it sad that some people just tried to bash rupert when all he does is acting in various genres and doing charities. it is not like he shows off a lot then why target him in the first place? no need to attack him at all.

as for the pictures, it seems like he’s not satisfy with his life/situation and that’s why he would do something unexpected later. i can’t wait. btw, kim is so cute

There are so many different genres and outlets for them to make a living in entertainment.

I think they ALL will do well with whatever they choose and I don’t think any of them have made a mistep. They have all taken on experiences outside of HP and they have been opportunities for them to learn and discover what they want to do after the franchise is over.
