Have you seen a little silver snake over the locket? It’s twine around the chain.
I think it’s a fake, but this snake must be WB substitution of slytherin sight “S”…

nice spot lanan i did not notice the tiny snake, and bob you are too correct on that! I seriously hope im right and this one is the fake locket as it is so different from the one described in the book ( HBP) its not even funny, and the changes aren’t defendable, artisic license is one thing but this is just totally screwing things up, add on top of that the bad job of doing the ring ( i have come to the clonclussion that they decided that the ring described in the book was too ugly to be able to get any one to want to sell replicas of it, how wrong they are if thats the case) not to mention the changeof release date, WB has really been chucking things up almost as bad as Fudge did!

Folks when you click on Skymall, then on the locket then on more information it reveals the following information:

“The Forged Slytherin Horcrux Locket”

So this is the fake one left by RAB.

The ring is okay as it does, at least, have the Hallows mark on it. But how difficult is it to make a silver locket with an “S” on it? Or, for that matter, a necklace that says “My Sweetheart”? I got so excited when I saw these products listed but they are all-around disappointed and appear to be created on the assumption that we’ll buy anything as long as claims to be HP-related. Rather insulting, if you ask me.

kamion

thanks Quibler for pointing that out.
wonder why that discription was not seen before.

so it is the Hoaxcrux .
next question: " Why should HP fans want to buy a hoax, when the genune item is far more elegant in their minds?"

@kaimon
We don’t find the actual Slytherin locket until DH, remember, this is for the HBP movie.
