I really wish they would have stuck with the descriptions in the book. But all in all I think they are very well done. I WANT DUMBLEDORES SOCKS!!! :P

I hate the locket, even though i want it still, and the ring looks so cool, with the DH sign on it.

Are you guys kidding? Marvolo’s Ring looks WAAAAAY better than the one illustrated on the British HBP Cover. And that Locket is pretty much confirmed to be the fake one, so don’t make a big deal of it. I think that they did a pretty good job so far with the Horcrux’s.

I’m just disappointed that they didn’t show the real Locket in the OoTP movie, or the Diadem in the HBP movie.

johnathan, how would you know that the diadem isn’t in the hbp movie? it isn’t even finished yet.

I had pictured a big black stone for the ring, set in silver instead of gold. The one they used looks like a piece of slate, and it k inda clashes with the gold. It makes it look really costume’ish.

And Ron’s necklace doesn’t look how I pictured, either. It’s delicate and looks like it would be easily hidden. I’d pictured something very large and obvious, so as to be mortifying to wear.

I’ll keep fingers crossed that the locket is just RAB’s replacement one.

I’m glad to see the sign of the DH on the ring, but… I dunno, I’m definitely disappointed. I usually really love their stuff.

That neckless is not a locket… a locket is a neckless that opens… why would they call this neckless a locket at all?

ok actually in regards to my last post I’m confused, I see slytherins locket is a locket, but what is Ron’s neckless? When did he have his own neckless in the book?

Did I miss something? What’s this “Heart Necklace” of Ron’s? I don’t remember him owning anything remotely like that in the books – just the “my sweetheart” necklace that Lavender Brown gave him in book 6.

Come on people. That heart necklace IS the necklace Lavender gives him . Why would it be anything else. They obviously chanced it from ” My sweet heart ” according to these pictures.

They did follow the descriptions from the book.

They didn’t change it. We know they call it the my sweetheart necklace from pictures we’ve seen.

They just don’t do it for me. The locket looks afwul, just awful. And shouln’t the ring have a crack in the stone???

Just one more piece of the film that I am unhappy about.

OMG!!! I love the ring I think it looks pretty good. The people who have to fashion these items from Jo’s desccriptions into real life do a good job with just about everything in my opinion. Loved the Marauder’s map, the prophecy, all the wands are really amazing (thank you Alfonso Cuaron) and just ya. The locket is pretty cool and it isn’t the real thing, it’s the fake one. I’m soooo going to collect all the horcruxes and the hallows (too bad they don’t make the invisibility cloak yet)

you probably need a permit for the snake, a special permit, cause it’s the size of an anaconda and poisenous as a black mamba.
