With now little more than two weeks left until the publication of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Amazon.com has announced that more than one million pre-orders of the book have been placed in the States alone. Worldwide, Amazon.com pre-orders have already eclipsed 1.5 million record, set during the Half-Blood Prince release, with 1.6 million books having been ordered, still with 18 days remaining until the release. Deathly Hallows has steadily surpassed previous record holder, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, in single day and overall orders on both the US and UK Amazon.com websites.

The company also announced the deadline for Release-Date Delivery of Deathly Hallows. If you want your book delivered to you on Saturday, July 21st, you must place your pre-order before Tuesday, July 17, 2007. This will guarantee the book be delivered to you that Saturday, or else the cost of the book will be refunded. If you would like to pre-order Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, you can do so via our Cauldron Shop, where proceeds benefit the entire Floo Network.
