Harry Potter is sixth on Lycos’ Top 50 2005 search terms, while the movie is 27th. Meanwhile, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was the most often-searched movie of 2005 on AOL, with Emma Watson and Dan Radcliffe coming in at 6th and 7th in the under-21 division.
Goblet was also the top-searched movie on Yahoo!Canada.

The World Peace Herald also reports that Harry Potter-related queries (with 4.8 million searches) were the third-highest Internet queries last month; only iPod-related searches and Xbox 360 searches gained more hits among (what are mostly) online holiday shoppers.

Finally, Google’s Zeitgeist has Hermione as the 12th most popular search query last week, and has Harry Potter as the most popular “wizards and superheroes” image search for October.
