Harry Potter and the Left Behind Series

Slate Magazine has an interesting article about the some parallels between the Left Behind and Harry Potter series. While the thoughts behind the article's arguments are interesting, there are some glitches in terms of Harry Potter facts - for example, the writer says Voldemort becomes a lizard, which isn't exactly correct. The elements of the Hero's Journey that exist in both works, however, are interesting to ponder.
